Des Quigley, Director and Chairman:
Des is the co-founder and Managing Director of Off- Plan Investments Ltd, a Property Investment Company located in Inniskeen, Dundalk, Co.Louth. Off-Plan Investments concentrate on mature investment markets with a good growth potential, stable government and solid rental returns. To date they have concentrated on the U.K., German and Swedish markets and have been responsible for property sales in excess of €150 million. Des is also Managing Director and Chairman of the hugely successful Táin 1 and Táin 2 Swedish Investment syndicates.

John McEneaney, Director:
John McEneaney FCCA is the precedent acting partner of KMR (Kearney McArdle McEneaney & Co), a leading firm of Auditors and Accountants in the North East of Ireland. He has 30 years experience in public practice and has extensive experience in corporate finance and business development. John has overseen many property development projects including joint ventures, syndicated projects and “fund wrapped” developments.

Anders Hammar:
Anders is co-founder and Director of Swirish Property AB. Anders has been a real estate manager in Sweden since 1990 and is a member of the Swedish Property Federation. Prior to forming Swirish Property AB, Anders worked with Akelius Fastigheter, managing the West Sweden part of it’s portfolio. Akelius owns property with a value of SEK30 billion (€3 billion). Prior to joining Akelius, Anders worked with Diligenta, which owned 320 properties valued at SEK35 billion (€3.75 billion). Over the last 10 years, Anders has bought and sold property in Sweden worth in excess of SEK5.5 billion (€550 million). Anders lives in Trollhattan, Sweden.

Sam Roch-Perks MA BAI (Civ. Eng):
Sam is a civil Engineer and is the co-founder and chairman of Swirish Property AB. Sam has property experience in Europe and the Far East working with John Murphy construction in London and Scott Wilson Kirkpatrick Consultancy in Hong Kong. In 1992 Sam founded the ‘Delaney’s Irish Pub’ chain of 7 large authentic pubs in the Far East, before returning to Ireland in late 1996. Sam was involved with a number of residential property developments in Ireland prior to turning his attention to the Swedish market in 2003, firstly as a private investor and then starting Swirish Property AB. Sam now lives in Co. Waterford, Ireland with his Swedish wife and 4 daughters.

Eddie McQuinn M.Agr.Sc.; MIPAV; QFA

Eddie is the principal of McQuinn Consulting, which has provided specialised technical and financial consulting services to the agricultural industry for two decades. He previously worked for Kerry Group as an Agricultural Advisor to dairy producers. He has a Masters in Agricultural Science from UCD and has been admitted a full member of the Institute of Professional Auctioneers & Valuers (MIPAV). He is a Qualified Financial Advisor (QFA) and is a full member of the Life Assurance Association of Ireland. Eddie has provided financial and investment advice to clients for a number of years and has been involved in a series of off farm investments with the overall objective of helping the firm’s clients to build a diversified investment portfolio.
